We have an opening for a research fellow in the Microwave Integrated Systems Lab (MISL) at the University of Birmingham to work on the Aerospace Technology Institute funded project REPLENISH: Repair and Evaluation of aerospace Products LinE side, Near wing and In SHop.

The research fellow will join our dynamic group to develop a sensing methodology for automatic recognition and characterization of complex environments ahead of an airborne platform. We are looking for someone ideally with knowledge of mm-wave and THz propagation and scattering, and with an interest in applying this knowledge to develop state-of-the-art modelling and classification techniques.
